Possible online services disruption due to Internet related outage
Community & Residential Services Authority
We are responsible for addressing barriers facing parents, professionals and providers when trying to get needed services for youth with a behavior disorder or a severe emotional disturbance.
What We Do
- Technical Assistance : CRSA regional coordinators provide technical assistance to families, service providers, educators and other professionals to help plan and implement appropriate, effective services for children with severe emotional disturbances and/or behavior disorders (SED/BD), in Illinois.
- Dispute Resolution :The CRSA staff and board help in resolving service disputes that arise between agencies and parents when there is no clear statutory responsibility among state agencies for an appropriate plan of services for a child.
- Plan: The CRSA board promotes initiatives that impact collaborative systems of care that improve access to treatment for children with severe emotional disabilities.
