Our mission is to promote a network of resources for Illinois youth with social and emotional health conditions to receive timely and appropriate access to the services they deserve.
Vision
Our vision is that every youth in Illinois shall be socially and emotionally healthy enough to have the opportunity to achieve their fullest potential and participate in developing their identity and role in society.
